Over the last 25 years, I have worked in a range of settings, including private sector, charitable and NHS services. I am caring, empathic and passionate about supporting people to overcome their difficulties. I offer both short-term and long-term therapy, working with individuals aged 18 years and over in a safe, confidential and compassionate space. I believe we heal through healthy relationships. We can work together helping you identify and understand what is causing your difficulties and make changes to improve your mental health and well-being. During therapy, it is my intention that you will become more deeply connected to the person you want to be.

Life can become difficult for many reasons, and we all need support at times. Anxiety, depression, bereavement and loss, relationship problems, sexual difficulties and low self-esteem are some of the things I can support you with. I have a particular interest in life transitions, especially menopause. However, therapy sessions don’t need to be limited to times of distress. Therapy can give you space to focus on your personal growth. It is a great way to take time to explore yourself, your needs and prioritise self-care.

If you have any questions or would like to arrange a session, please get in touch. I’d love to hear from you.
